The wear resistance, insulation, water resistance and bearing capacity of the glass are better than those of the backsheet, which reduces the problems of partial cracks in the module and makes the power generation of the module more stable and reliable. In addition, the fire rating of double-glass modules has been upgraded from Class C of traditional modules to Class A, and the fire performance has been significantly improved.
The water permeability of the double-glass module is zero, and the attenuation rate, efficiency, and life are simultaneously optimized.
The zero water permeability reduces the power loss of the module, improves the power generation efficiency, reduces the attenuation rate by about 0.2 percentage points, and extends the life span to about 30 years.
